Music

We are welcoming The White Keys and Rhino to the 2026 Eagan Food Truck Festival stage!

The White Keys have been rocking parties around the country since 2007. Using cover songs from the 1960s, 2000s, and everything in between, the energetic duo brings a unique live experience to every occasion with years of experience playing for just about any event imaginable.

Rhino is a next-level, four-piece band that redefines what a live show should be. Based in the Twin Cities, they effortlessly blend genres from alt-rock and '80s nostalgia to today's hottest hits, with some unexpected country and surprises thrown in for good measure. Their performances are a full sensory experience, an invitation to vibe, dance, and lose yourself in the moment.

Beverage Service

In 2025, you helped us eliminate 3,212 single-use cups, which saved 960 gallons of water and diverted 45 pounds of waste. Thank you for making a difference!

Tips for Attending

To make your event experience a positive one, we suggest:

  • Food truck events of this scale typically draw thousands of people, and lines should be expected.
  • Come with a group and split up to get into food truck lines, then meet up to share your food selections. You’ll be able to try more food without standing in line as often.
  • Food truck lines may look long, but the food truck staff are well-versed in serving large numbers of people fairly quickly. Just because a food truck line looks long, doesn’t mean you will wait long.
  • Review posted menus so you know what you want to purchase before you get to the food truck window. Those in line behind you will appreciate it.
  • Come with cash. All food trucks take cash, most take credit cards too.
  • Bring lawn chairs, picnic blankets, or small folding tables to create your picnic area.
  • Share picnic tables – we increased the number of picnic tables to 130, scattered around the music and food areas. Please clean items off your table when finished. Garbage and recycling containers will be plentiful.
