Planning & Zoning

Working within one of the most dynamic development environments in the Twin City area, the Eagan Planning Department manages and coordinates all land use, zoning and development projects within the City.  The City’s Comprehensive Plan, Zoning and Subdivision ordinances are tools used by the department to ensure development in Eagan meets the goals and objectives established by the City Council.
