Our helpful team and catering partners take care of the set up and clean up to simplify your wedding for up to 300 people.

The Oaks Banquet Room provides an ample 5,000+ square feet of indoor event space.

Linens and other décor are not provided by the Eagan Community Center.

Included with your ceremony:
- Separate changing rooms for the couple
- White padded chairs for outdoor ceremonies
- ECC Staff chair setup, teardown, room turnover

Catering
The Eagan Community Center has three contracted food and alcohol providers. The same caterer must be used for both food and drink services. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

Policies
Renters are responsible for reviewing and adhering to all terms of the facility as laid out in the rental agreement. A signed contract and down payment must be returned to the ECC to finalize reservations.
