Rental Manager Training

Stay in compliance with local, state, and federal rental regulations by completing this required training.

Property managers in Eagan must complete rental training:

  • Every three years, or
  • When there’s a change in management.

After the training, you must pass a short quiz and upload your certificate when renewing your license.

If you don’t complete the training, your license may not be renewed, or it could be suspended or revoked.
