The City is working with the owners of three private properties in the Central Commons area to help create a vision for the future private use of these parcels.
These properties currently hold the Argosy, Delta, and Unisys buildings. As we plan for Eagan’s future, we’re focused on both private and public value and benefits. To see what the public value could look like, we’ve been learning how community members use the area.
