Group Fitness

The Eagan Community Center offers a variety of group fitness classes to keep you motivated and connected. All ages and abilities are welcome.

Three Ways to Participate

  1. Become a member: Most classes are included in a fitness membership.
  2. Buy a punch pass: 10 visit punch passes are available for purchase. No expiration on punch passes.
  3. Pay $10 for a one-time use daily pass

Class Sign-Up

Reserve the group fitness class of your choice now with GroupEx PRO. Reserving a spot for a class will ensure you have a spot in our upcoming class offerings and also allow access to add yourself to a waitlist for a class or cancel your upcoming reservations.

  • Class schedules will be released for reservation starting at 3 pm on Fridays. All classes will be available for reservation by 3:30 pm.

Summer Solstice Yoga

Wednesday, June 26, 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.; social time follows class Event Flyer

Learn about the significance of this change of seasons and its interesting traditions. The class will include reflective meditation, heart-opening poses, and a circular mandala flow as we transition from darkness into light. Restorative bolsters will be provided, but please bring a clean pillowcase for your comfort. Stay for refreshments and social time as we celebrate this special day with snacks and beverages.

STRONG by Zumba

What is STRONG by Zumba? STRONG by Zumba, now known as STRONG Nation, is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout program that combines bodyweight exercises, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric training moves synced to original music specifically designed to match every single move. Unlike traditional Zumba classes that focus on Latin-inspired dance movements, STRONG Nation emphasizes a more intense and athletic workout. The music and movements are crafted to push participants to their limits, helping to improve overall fitness, strength, endurance, and flexibility. It's a comprehensive workout that targets the entire body, making it suitable for individuals looking for a challenging and effective fitness regimen.

Taught by a licensed Zumba instructor, get ready to have fun and sweat to cardio, conditioning and flexibility moves. Participants must be able to work out standing for 45 minutes. Please bring a water bottle and smile to class.
