The Eagan Citizens Crime Prevention Association (ECCPA) is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to assist the Eagan Police Department with its mission of protecting life and property by preventing, solving, and reducing crime in Eagan and assisting victims and families. It was founded in 1985 by residents and businesspeople from Eagan.
The organization supports various Eagan community purposes, including sponsorship of National Night Out, crime-solving rewards, Neighborhood Watch Programs, and other similar crime prevention or safety programs in the Eagan community.
The Eagan Citizen Crime Prevention Association is an independent legal body and not a part of the City of Eagan operations.

ECCPA Annual Golf Tournament
The ECCPA hosts an annual golf tournament where the proceeds help support the Eagan Police Department.
The 2026 golf tournament will be held on Friday, September 11th at Valleywood Golf Course in Apple Valley, MN - some of the ways you can become involved in this year's tournament are:

- Donate items and/or gift certificates for the silent auction
