The Comprehensive Plan serves as a guide for Eagan’s future growth, development and redevelopment. It is intended to be broad in scope while establishing general goals, policies and strategies. It is a guide for developers, land owners, residents, elected and appointed officials, business owners and investors as they make decisions about land use and infrastructure. The plans look 20 years into the future and is required by State Law to be updated every ten years.
