Prior to submittal of a Development Application, applicants must first hold a pre-application meeting with a Planner. To arrange a pre-application meeting, please call the Planning Department at (651) 675-5685. Applications submitted without first meeting with an Eagan Planner may be rejected upon submittal. Before submittal, it is recommended to coordinate with your Planner or Julie Strid, Planning Aide. Development submittals are accepted the 3rd Wednesday of every month by noon. All submittals are accepted through our digital process
