Development Application and Checklists

Prior to submittal of a Development Application, applicants must first hold a pre-application meeting with a Planner. To arrange a pre-application meeting, please call the Planning Department at 651-675-5685. Applications submitted without first meeting with an Eagan Planner may be rejected upon submittal. Before submittal, it is recommended to coordinate with your Planner or Julie Strid, Community Development Executive Assistant. Development submittals are accepted the 3rd week of every month with a deadline on Wednesday by noon. All submittals are accepted through our digital process. 

Fees will be accepted only on that day by credit card payment or check. To make payment by phone please contact Julie with the Planning Department at 651-675-5685.
