Group Rental

We offer small or large group reservation options.

Large Groups (25+ attendees at time of reservation)

• Cascade Bay takes groups of up to 500 (depending on availability) during Open Swim Session 1 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and a limited number of Wednesdays. Session 1 is from 10:45 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.
• $10 per person, plus tax
• One free chaperone admitted free with every 10 guests
• $250 deposit required to hold reservation
• Final numbers must be confirmed one week in advance of the group's arrival. At that point all sales are final and no refunds will be given for unused tickets.
• Groups that cancel within 7 days of their reservation forfeit their deposit
• No outside food or beverage is allowed inside the park. Groups can receive hand stamps to exit/enter the park to eat sack lunches outside.
• Hot dog, PBJ Uncrustables, and pizza lunch options are available for an additional fee
• All guests ages 1+ entering the park must have a ticket, including non-swimming observers

Small Groups (15-24 attendees at time of reservation)

• Small groups of 15-24 with a pre-reservation can attend Open Swim Session 2 from 3:15 - 7:15 p.m.
• $11 per person, plus tax
• One free chaperone admitted free with every 10 guests
• $165 deposit required to hold reservation
• Final numbers must be confirmed one week in advance of the group's arrival. At that point all sales are final and no refunds will be given for unused tickets.
• Groups that cancel within 7 days of their reservation forfeit their deposit
• No outside food or beverage is allowed inside the park. Groups can receive hand stamps to exit/enter the park to eat sack meals outside

Private Rental

Looking for a fun, unique option for your next corporate event, client appreciation, or fundraiser? Cascade Bay offers after-hours options for exclusive rental of the entire facility.

Private Rental of Cascade Bay Includes

Cascade Bay season passes offer unlimited admission into the waterpark for the entire season, plus these additional benefits:

• Exclusive use of the entire facility for up to 2,000 people
• Rentals available from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. on select Sunday and Thursday evenings late June - early August
• Unlimited miniature golf on the Captain's Course
• Captain's Galley for guests to purchase a wide variety of food and beverages may be added for an additional fee

Pricing

• $2,800 per rental + tax (2-hour rental)
  • $1,000 non-refundable deposit required to secure the reservation
• Food/Beverage Options (choose one)
  • Add Captain's Galley (concessions) for guests to purchase a wide variety of food and beverages. No outside food or beverages are allowed in the park during the rental. The fee for this option is an additional $300 + tax.
  • Captain's Galley remains closed and rental may bring in outside food and beverages with prior approval. No alcohol or glass is allowed. Additional fees may be charged for excessive cleanup.
