Season Passes

2024 Cardio Bay Season: June 3 through August 25 (Fitness Sessions Only)*

Cardio Bay offers morning and evening water fitness sessions on select days of the week. This program is perfect for low-impact resistance workouts, injury rehab, dealing with arthritis, or as a change to fitness routines. Features include water walking in the lazy river, water fitness classes, and lap swimming.

*All prices listed are per person. Evening Cardio Bay is closed on the following dates for Holidays and private rentals: 6/20, 7/4, 7/18, 7/25, 8/8. There is no Morning Cardio Bay on Wednesdays due to staff in-services.

*Little Mates and Individual Cascade Bay Season passes are not included in a Cardio Bay Season Pass.


Cardio Bay Features

  • Lap Swim: 25 yards - 6 lanes available for lap swim. To make everyone's swimming experience more enjoyable swimmers are required to share lanes and swim a circle pattern.
  • Water Walking: Walk against the current of the lazy river to customize your workout to your fitness needs. 7.5 laps equal one mile! Water shoes are recommended.
  • Water Fitness Classes: Experienced instructors lead a variety of water exercise classes, each with a different style and focus (dance, cardio, intervals, strength, etc.). Download the monthly Water Fitness Schedule for class offerings.

Mornings: 6:30 – 10:30 a.m. daily/except Wednesdays*

  • Lap Swim: Daily, 6:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m., except Mondays
    • Monday Lap Swim: 6:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m., plus one lap lane will be available from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m.
  • Water Walking: Daily 7:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. except Wednesdays
  • Water Fitness Classes: 7:45 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.; details below

*There is no morning Cardio Bay on Wednesdays due to staff in-services and training.

    • Water Tabata: 8:35 a.m. – 9:35 a.m.
    • Cardio, Strength & Fun: 9:45 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
  • Wednesdays
    • No Cardio Bay
  • Thursdays
    • H2O Bootcamp: 8:35 a.m. – 9:25 a.m.
    • Deep Water Combo: 9:45 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
  • Fridays
    • Water Tabata: 8:35 a.m. – 9:35 a.m.
    • Aqua Zumba: 9:45 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
  • Saturdays
    • Aqua Fit Combo: 8:35 a.m. – 9:35 a.m.
    • Cardio, Strength & Fun: 9:45 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
  • Sundays
    • Deep Water Intervals: 8:45 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
    • Aqua Combo Express: 9:45 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

Evenings: 7:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday*

  • Water Walking: Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 9:00 p.m.
  • Lap Swim: Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m
  • Water Fitness Classes: Mondays & Wednesdays 7:40 - 8:40 p.m.
    • Mondays: Hydro Training
    • Wednesdays: Aqua Zumba
