Youth and Teen Artist
We offer kids arts education from preschool age to teens! Our experienced teaching artists provide a fun environment for kids to explore their creativity, build skills, and learn about art and artists. Join us for Little Creatives (4-5), Kids Classes (6-11), or Teen Art (11-16). Ages 14 and up are also eligible to take adult classes.
Little Creatives, ages 4-5
Give your littlest artist the materials and space to develop their creativity! This class will let them explore different ways to create and learn about some of our favorite artists.
Kids Classes, ages 6-11
Explore, create, and meet new friends in an art class. Be creative in one of our many kids art classes; Drawing, Painting, 3D Art, and more!
Teens, ages 11-16
Take an art class where you will learn new skills and express yourself! We offer a variety of teen art classes throughout the year including painting, drawing, and our popular Young Potters. Learn about wheel throwing and create sculptural and functional pottery in this fun class for teen artists!
Adult Ages 14+ and Seniors 62+
Join our experienced teaching artists in an arts experience for adults and seniors. Try something new or dive deeper into your arts practice. Our catalog features ceramics, painting, fused glass, multi-media, and more. Explore your creativity in a one-day workshop or multi-week class, all experiences welcome!
Classes for 62+ are provided through a federal Community Development Block Grant. Participants must be 62+ by the first day of class.
Ceramics
Eagan Art House offers a variety of Ceramics class for all skill levels. Classes include up to 3 open studio sessions to for further practice or to make up a class. Our studio includes 8 electric wheels and individual work tables. Students can choose red or white clay, and over 16 glaze colors, which is fired at Cone 6. Bring your own tools. Clay must be purchased separately.
Private Workshops
We offer private group workshops for all ages. From scout troops to families or a group of friends, our experienced teaching artists will guide your group in a special arts experience where you can try something new and bond while creating together.
