Eagan Food Truck Festival Returns This Week

Eagan, MN — Get ready for Eagan’s tastiest event of the year. Visitors to the Eagan Food Truck Festival will experience the ultimate summer party, with more than 25 food trucks, live entertainment, and good vibes all around. The event is at Eagan’s Festival Grounds, 1501 Central Pkwy., Friday, Aug. 7, from 4 to 9 p.m. for Eagan Food Truck Festival, with fireworks beginning at 9:15 p.m. 

This summer celebration will be filled with food, drinks, live music, and fun for all ages. From sizzling gourmet burgers to global street eats and decadent desserts, our food truck lineup offers something for everyone, including vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options. Come hungry! 

Keep it Green
This year's event again features reusable r.Cups to reduce waste.

Live Music
From 4 to 6 p.m., enjoy The White Keys as they spin crowd-pleasing favorites and feel-good summer beats. From 6:30 to 9 p.m., high-energy live band Rhino covers today’s hits and yesterday’s favorites. Fireworks will begin at 9:15 p.m.

Getting There
New this year, MVTA shuttles will run from the Eagan Transit Station to the festival grounds, every 15 minutes from 4 to 9 p.m. 
Use public transit: MVTA has a new route 455 that goes to Central Park.
Overflow parking is available at Eagan Central (formerly the Argosy lot).
With thousands expected to attend, visitors are encouraged to arrive early, expect lines, and bring their appetite.

Alcohol service will be brought to you by the Eagan Athletic Association. Visitors must be 21+ to enjoy drinks from three local breweries.
